The Pressure Cooker
Women in Leadership is a high-impact, practice-led programme that helps women convert pressure into poise, presence, and performance. Through simulations, case clinics, and coaching circles, participants master self-leadership under pressure, strategic influence & stakeholder savvy, executive communication, and decision-making with integrity. Each leader leaves with a 90-day action plan, a sponsor/stakeholder map, and a personal “pressure-to-performance” playbook. Built for mid-to-senior women across sectors, the programme blends evidence, experience, and encouragement—so participants don’t just learn; they lead, lift, and last.
