Objectives of the Lighthouse Network

1. Prepare

Equip women and youth with market-ready skills—leadership, digital, financial, communication—through practical, practice-led programmes.

2. Promote

Advance inclusive, ethical leadership in organisations via tailored training (ethics, governance, women in leadership) and culture change projects.

3. Prove

Measure and multiply impact—build a strong M&E backbone, publish insights, and advocate for policies that widen access (digital inclusion, livelihoods).

4. Propel

Provide access, exposure, and networks (showcases, mentoring, shadow days, clinics
